Job Description

Global Dominion Financing, Inc is seeking a highly motivated Sales Recruitment Associate to oversee the recruitment, development, and retention of our Loan Consultants. You will play a crucial role in supporting our branches to enhance the release of refinancing products.

Qualifications:

Graduate of a related business course (Business Management, Sales, Marketing, etc.)
Experience in sales, field work, and recruiting sales personnel
Computer literate with good communication skills
Goal-oriented and customer service oriented
Preferably owns a motorcycle

Benefits: Health insurance, paid training, and supplemental pay including 13th-month salary and bonuses.
