Job Description
Summary Description:
This position will be responsible for the recruitment, development, and retention of Loan Consultants to increase refinancing product releases in identified branches.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to borrowers and Loan Consultants.
- Develop Loan Consultants through training and policy updates.
- Monitor endorsements up to accounts releases.
- Achieve set targets by the Regional Manager.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduate of any related business course
- Experience in sales, field work, and recruiting sales people
- Computer literate with good communication skills
- Flexible and goal-oriented
Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate
Salary: Starting from Php13,00.00 per month
