Job Description
The Sales Representative (Cleaning Division) is responsible for selling cleaning materials and allied products to existing and prospective customers. This includes presenting, promoting, and selling products/services, performing needs analysis of customers, and maintaining positive customer relationships.
The successful candidate should have a minimum of 3 years working experience in selling cleaning materials, excellent knowledge of MS Office, and proven sales track record. A bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is required. The Sales Representative must be highly motivated, target driven, and possess excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills. Trustworthiness, honesty, and a valid driver’s license are also required. Candidates must be residing in Pampanga or nearby areas.
Responsibilities:
- Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers using solid arguments
- Analyze customer needs and perform cost-benefit and needs analysis to meet their requirements
- Establish and maintain positive customer relationships
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
- Resolve customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Achieve sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments
- Analyze the market’s potential, track sales and status reports
- Provide management with reports on customer needs, problems, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
- Stay updated on best practices and promotional trends
- Continuously improve through feedback
