Job Description
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any Business Course
- With minimum of 2-4 years working experience in a similar role
- Have a good command of written and spoken English.
Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell after-sales service maintenance package and spare parts effectively
- Prepare and follow-up quotations to secure orders
- Identify opportunities with existing and potential new customers, and determine plans for marketing activities to promote extended sales coverage
- Maintain existing customers and build good relationships
- Liaise with the technical team to assist customers in finding solutions, providing recommendations, and solving problems
- Find lost boy customers, prospecting, and follow-up to grow After Sales Service business
- Meet sales targets
