Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Sales Associate/Executive with 2–5+ years of sales experience, preferably in the medical or logistics industries. The successful candidate will possess excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills, be target-driven with a proven track record, and be willing to work on site.
- Understand and represent company products; conduct customer research to align solutions with needs.
- Meet weekly, monthly, and annual sales targets through effective sales and marketing strategies.
- Generate leads, build relationships, and manage a daily outreach schedule.
- Develop and adjust territory action plans based on data analysis and field results.
Full-time, permanent. Benefits include health and life insurance, additional leave, company events, on-site parking, promotion opportunities; pay Php18,00–22,00/month plus commission, performance bonuses, annual increases, and 13th month pay.
