Job Description
Magellan Solutions is seeking a formal, results-driven Sales Representative to identify client needs, recommend solutions, close deals, and maintain strong post-sale relationships. The role emphasizes achieving individual and team targets, managing accounts, and collaborating with internal teams to refine sales processes.
- Requirements: minimum 6 months of sales experience, excellent communication and negotiation skills, customer-focused, target-driven.
- Employment: Full-time, onsite in Mandaluyong; shifting schedules; commission-based incentives.
- Compensation & benefits: Php26,00–35,00/month; competitive salary package, HMO, paid training, company events, on-site parking, shuttle, and subsidized staff housing. Virtual/phone interviews available.
