Job Description
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer/IT course, or Business-related course, knowledgeable in Computers (Hardware & Software) is an advantage.
- Proficient in computer application such as MS Word and Excel.
- Good in selling, customer service, and negotiation.
- Knows how to deal and handle clients.
- Can work under pressure and multi-tasking.
- Flexible and goal-oriented.
- With at least 2 years’ experience in sales.
- Available for immediate employment.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Willing to be assigned in Davao Branch.
Responsibilities:
- To promote, offer products, and provide technical support to clients.
- Manage existing channel accounts and develop a wider customer base.
- Respond to queries from customers, identifying needs in product & services.
- Open and maintain dealer accounts and information.
- Maintain frequent contact with assigned accounts to maximize sales through efficient professional relationships with key personnel in assigned channel accounts.
- Proactively update channel accounts on pricing and seek orders from customers.
- Ensure that orders are processed properly, stocks are delivered promptly and inform channel accounts in charge for the speedy fulfillment of the transaction.
