Job Description

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of any 4-year business course.
- At least 1 year of related work experience.
- Background in Financial or Loan Institutions is an advantage but not required.
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office applications.
- Familiarity with different Loan and financial Processes is an advantage.
- Honest & trustworthy, with a “Can Do” attitude, great sense of responsibility, resourceful, and flexible.
BASIC DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Promote, offer, and secure loans via door-to-door marketing.
- Verify and confirm the authenticity of borrower’s information and requirements in accordance with company policies & procedures.
- Release loan proceeds to borrowers.
- Expedites resolution of customer problems, concerns, and complaints in coordination with supervisors and concerned departments.
- Evaluate, qualify, and acquire potential agency verifiers and contacts.
- Ensure consistent production and management of assigned agencies.
- Analyze the market’s potential.
- Provide market and competitor’s analysis as needed.
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans and strategies.
