Job Description
The job will include but not limited to the following responsibilities and qualifications:
- Sales Development: Prospect and qualify new sales leads through various channels.
- Customer Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
- Product Knowledge: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of company products and services.
- Sales Presentations: Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
- Negotiation: Negotiate agreements and contracts to maximize profits.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales goals and objectives.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to understand industry trends and customer needs.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management, Business Administration, or related field may be preferred.
- Experience: Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or relevant role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation skills. Self-motivated and results-driven. Familiarity with CRM software.
Additional Requirements:
- Travel: Willingness to travel and sometimes work long hours. May require a valid driver’s license.
