Job Description
The Sales Team Leader is responsible for growing and managing the sales efforts for OMI’s retail and foodservice business in the assigned areas. Responsibilities include developing relationships with customers, identifying new opportunities, monitoring sales performance, and coordinating with Operations for efficient fulfillment.
Qualifications
• Ability to build strong relationships with current and prospective customers
• Proven track record of adding new products and customers
• Strong strategic thinking and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and goal setting
• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing and 3-5 years of sales team leadership experience in a similar industry
