Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and respond to online queries from potential customers.
- Educate and sell clients’ services to all customers.
- Provide quotes and analyze customer’s needs.
- Handle grievances and maintain company reputation.
- Update customer information and follow up on sales opportunities.
- Keep records of calls, sales, and customer details.
- Meet sales expectations and company standards.
- Complete additional tasks during downtime.
Required Experience
- Proven experience in telesales or customer service roles.
- Track record of meeting sales quotas, preferably over the phone.
- Good knowledge of computer programs and telephone systems.
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or higher.
- Ability to learn and describe products/services.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to address complaints.
