Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Encourage customers to buy services and products using a prepared script.
- Build relationships with customers by going off-script if needed.
- Advise customers and address concerns about products.
- Update database with customer information and maintain data security.
- Create detailed customer files and follow company standards for quality service.
- Identify improvements to boost productivity and efficiency.
Required:
- English Language
- Working from Home (own laptop and headphones required)
- Good Internet Connection
- No prior telephone sales experience required
- Well organized with great attention to detail
- Flexible work hours from Monday-Thursday, preferably 12PM-5PM GMT
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From Php913.00 per hour
