Job Description
Xentro Malls invites applications for a Sales Representative with prior car or motorcycle dealer sales experience. The ideal candidate holds a business degree, is at least 5’2″ tall, and demonstrates a pleasant, professional demeanor. Key attributes include a strong sales and customer-service orientation, analytical attention to detail, reliability under pressure, excellent oral and written communication, and proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and email.
- Learn vehicle features and capabilities
- Cultivate repeat buyers and recommend trade-ins
- Qualify customers, conduct demonstrations and test drives
- Explain warranties/services, negotiate and close sales
- Complete sales reports, assist showroom displays, and pursue ongoing product training
