Job Description

Job Objective: This position shall be in-charge of various sales/marketing activities such as conducting product presentations and business meetings with prospective clients. Works closely with the Marketing Team, Brand Strategist, and Technical Team for the implementation of sales activities and ensures 100% customer satisfaction.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Execute sales and marketing plans to achieve company and individual targets.
2. Initiate activities and programs for business development.
3. Manage various existing accounts and maintain continuous client relationship.
4. Conduct regular customer visits.
5. Develop new clients within the assigned territories through saturations and market research.
6. Oversee total market performance in the assigned territories.
7. Constant coordination with brand strategists, marketing, technical, and other departments in serving customer requirements.
8. Conduct weekly collections and make follow-ups on payment.
9. Accomplish daily updates, weekly, and monthly reports.
10. Pursue client leads and build strong relationships with potential and new clients.

Basic Requirements and Competencies:

• Graduate of any business course, preferably Hotel and Restaurant Management, Marketing, Food Technology.
• Candidate must have a strong hands-on sales/marketing experience, preferably from the Coffee industry, Food, and Beverage industry, Hospitality Services, and Marketing firms.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Trustworthy, performer, and goal-oriented, who can work independently.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Excellent promotional and negotiation skills.
