Job Description
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, Commerce, Marketing, or equivalent.
Minimum of (3) years working experience handling dealers and distributors in the medical industry.
Skills required: excellent negotiation, communication (verbal & written), proficient in business correspondence, analytical, and decision-making.
Desired attributes: proactive, assertive, result-oriented, self-motivated, flexible, driven, and strong leadership.
Other qualities: Honest, trustworthy, disciplined, dedicated, willing to travel and conduct fieldwork.
Responsibilities include supervising daily sales activities, market analysis, customer presentations, and maintaining exceptional customer service.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent.
Benefits: Company events, Health insurance, Paid training.
Schedule: 10-hour shift, Fixed shift, Monday to Friday.
Supplemental Pay: Commission pay.
