Job Description
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, Business Studies, Administration/Management, Commerce, Marketing, Sales, or equivalent
- At least 1 Year of working experience in Sales, Purchasing, Trading, and Customer Service
- Knowledge of Logistics is an advantage
- Main PIC for Steel customers, business operational works & sub-con suppliers like coil centers & others
- Monitor delivery as per delivery schedule with correct material specs and volume, monthly order fixed & forecast
- Communicate with customers regarding purchase orders, delivery concerns & providing constant update for actual deliveries, regular visit to customers, handles trouble/quality claims for assigned customers
- Coordinates with coil centers for the delivery confirmation, monthly inventory, scrap, production, storage reports & PIT arrangement
- In charge in the scrap disposal including PEZA LOA Application
- Preparation of the monthly order fixed and forecast analysis, scrap provision report, aging control & reduction report, Action Plan & other reports based on company’s target goals & requirement and scrap disposal arrangement
- Monitoring of A/R on-time payment of customers handled accounts
- Ensure the monthly sales closing related to system and all documentation requirements are ready for audit evaluation
- Good communication skills
- Highly manageable and keen on details
- Can work under pressure
