Job Description:
The Sales Supervisor is responsible for managing and leading a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and goals. They will oversee the daily operations of the sales department and ensure effective communication and coordination among team members.
The Sales Supervisor will develop sales strategies, analyze market trends, and identify new opportunities to expand the company’s customer base. They will also monitor sales performance, provide training and coaching to sales representatives, and implement performance improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives.
- Set sales targets and goals for the team.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports.
- Develop and implement sales strategies.
- Identify and exploit new business opportunities.
- Provide training and coaching to sales representatives.
