Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Sales Supervisor to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage and support the sales team, setting clear goals and objectives to drive performance
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
- Train, mentor, and motivate team members to enhance their selling skills and product knowledge
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Evaluate individual and team performance, provide feedback, and implement improvement plans
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a sales leadership role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership abilities and the ability to inspire and motivate a team
- Knowledge of CRM software and sales analytics
