Job Description
A Sales Supervisor plays a crucial role in leading and managing a team of sales representatives. This position requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and a deep understanding of the sales process.
The Sales Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the sales team, setting sales targets, and developing strategies to achieve them. They will monitor sales activities, track performance, and provide guidance and support to the sales team members.
Key responsibilities of a Sales Supervisor include:
- Recruiting, training, and mentoring sales representatives
- Setting sales targets and ensuring they are met
- Monitoring sales activities and performance
