Job Description
The Sales Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and managing a team of sales representatives, ensuring they meet their targets and deliver excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, be highly motivated, and possess a deep understanding of sales strategies and techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets and meet sales objectives.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics.
- Monitor sales activities, analyze sales data, and generate reports.
- Train and coach sales representatives on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.
