Job Description
The Sales Supervisor will lead sales for GrainCentral Franchising Inc. (may be assigned to Maharlikan Trading Corporation). Key responsibilities include supervising the sales team; developing franchise and trade strategies; monitoring performance; supporting franchise onboarding; managing client and distributor relationships; coordinating pricing and promotions; ensuring compliance; conducting market research; and training staff.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree preferred; proven sales/franchising experience; strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and analytical skills; ability to work independently.
- Details: PHP17,00–20,00; Mon–Sat, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM; full-time, in-person; Jack Building, Trece Martires City.
- Reports to: Sales/General Manager.
