Job Description
A Sales Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the sales team and ensuring that sales targets are met or exceeded. They play a vital role in driving sales growth and developing effective sales strategies.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and motivating the sales team to achieve sales targets
- Developing and implementing sales strategies and plans
- Training and coaching team members to enhance their sales skills
- Monitoring and analyzing sales performance and providing regular reports to the management
