Job Description
- Coach and supervise Sales Executives on daily sales activities
- Monitor team’s performance and motivate them to reach targets
- Evaluate on-the-job performance of sales team.
- Collect customer feedback and conduct market research
- Stay updated with product knowledge and competitors
- Handle customer complaints, questions, and issues
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- A Degree with an emphasis on sales, marketing, or business
- Excellent selling skills, including the ability to close deals, strong negotiation, and great interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask
- Minimum of one or two years of sales experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Willingness to be assigned in Angeles City, Pampanga
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php18,00.00 – Php25,00.00 per month
