Job Description
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any business course, entrepreneurial or equivalent
- With at least 2-3 years of experience in sales/customer development and end-consumer channels.
- Familiar with both traditional sales principles and digital selling platforms like Facebook.
- Strategic and entrepreneurial mindset with a focus.
- Good oral and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Personable and extroverted.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee sales representatives handling general trade (public markets) in NCR area.
- Manage CD reps for resellers acquisition and retention.
- Account retention through effective account development, training, and coaching.
- Implement loyalty programs for consistent ordering.
