Position: Sales Supervisor

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Customer service management
- Category building:
- Accountable for category sales achievement
- Ensure 100% customer service level
- Implement WalterMart standards
- Ensure safety and sanitation
- Implement first to expire, first out (FEFO)
- Manage bad orders
- Execute promotions accurately and timely
- Update shelf tags
- Ensure 100% inventory accuracy
- Supervise sales support staff and merchandisers

Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales/Marketing/Administration
- At least 1 year relevant work experience in retail and food store management
