Job Description
Waltermart Department Store is seeking a dedicated and experienced Sales Supervisor to oversee total store operations. The ideal candidate will ensure maximum sales and profitability through excellent customer service, effective inventory management, and people development.
Duties include:
- Implementing policies and standards
- Managing customer service
- Training and developing team members
- Achieving store targets
- Controlling store expenses
- Overseeing inventory and profitability
- Managing facilities and assets
- Conducting risk management
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of retail or fast-food managerial experience. Experience in Store Management is required.
