Job Description
Job Summary:
The Sales Supervisor is responsible for providing support to the company’s business development by growing the assigned territory in terms of sales, number of recruits, and number of active distributors. They will also organize, coordinate, and monitor distributor training and seminars.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field of study
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Excellent skills in time management, ability to beat deadlines, and perform multiple tasks
- Proven people skills with experience in training, managing, and mentoring
- MS Office skills
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: From Php25,00.00 per month
