Job Description
As a Sales Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the sales team’s efforts to meet and exceed company targets. Your primary responsibility will be to provide administrative assistance to the sales team, ensuring smooth operations and efficient customer service.
You will be responsible for managing and organizing sales records, entering data into the company database, and generating sales reports. You will also assist in preparing quotations, sales presentations, and proposals for potential clients.
In addition, you will be the main point of contact for customer inquiries, providing product information, resolving issues, and processing orders. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are crucial for this role. You must be responsive, customer-oriented, and able to handle challenging situations with professionalism and empathy.
Furthermore, you will collaborate closely with the sales team to coordinate meetings, manage schedules, and maintain effective communication channels within the department. Your attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to prioritize tasks will contribute to the success and efficiency of the sales team.
Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, is required. Previous experience in sales support or administration roles is preferred.
