ROLE OVERVIEW
Global Rescue is seeking a highly-motivated individual to join our high-performance global sales team. The ideal candidate should possess an entrepreneurial spirit, drive, and strong work ethic. In this role, you will support multiple sales channels and teams, requiring adaptability and a positive attitude towards various projects.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Research and identify new business opportunities for the channel and enterprise sales teams
- Create targeted prospect and lead lists for the sales teams
- Contact existing customers and partners via calls and emails to collect data and support sales initiatives
- Assist with product launches and special projects as required
- Keep updated on competitive companies and their products
- Provide support to the online member services team during high call volumes
QUALIFICATIONS
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work under pressure
- Capability to work independently, as a team, and take direction from multiple department heads
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Experience with data entry, CRM systems, and online research is preferred
