Job Description
- Filing management, record keeping, documentation and retention system for customers.
- Process claims of the dealers and customers.
- Creates and maintain customer database.
- Prepares and sends billing and SOA to customers.
- Provides assistance to accommodate servicing dealers and customers’ orders.
- Ensure that all receivables are closely monitored and collected on or before the due date.
- Provides administrative functions to the Department.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree,
- Business Studies/ Administration/ Management, Commerce, Marketing
- With at least three (3) years of working experience handling customers
- Substantial experience in the LPG or energy industry, including knowledge of LPG production, Sales and Distribution, Safety regulations, and Market dynamics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Honest, trustworthy, and possesses a character of unquestionable Integrity
- Disciplined, Dedicated and Committed
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
