Job Description
We are currently seeking a versatile and proactive Sales Support professional to join our team. As a Sales Support, you will play a crucial role in providing assistance to our sales team to ensure the smooth operation of our sales processes.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team in preparing and submitting sales proposals, quotes, and contracts
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services
- Handle customer inquiries and provide necessary information to assist in closing sales
- Maintain and update customer database to track sales activities and customer interactions
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales materials and presentations
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office applications
- Previous experience in sales support or customer service role is preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
