Job Description
Role:
The Sales Support assists the division to significantly grow the business through accurate and timely processing of new business application/enrollment forms.
Tasks (most/50% of the time):
Timely review of all submitted new business application/enrollment forms, for compliance with policy guidelines and specific requirements.
Monitors and provides updates to the sales team on the status of application/enrollment forms under evaluation by the Policy & Underwriting or the Medical Director.
Other tasks:
Maintains the Agent Database for payment monitoring and changes in accounts.
Education:
- College Graduate
- Work experience; At least two years work experience in clerical and customer service in an environment with high volume of activities (while achieving time and accuracy requirements)
- Competencies: Account management
- Customer-service
- Others/Personality: Good communication skills; assertive; open to rendering overtime during cut-off (month end)
- He/she will be assigned to one of the teams with very demanding agents (top producers)
Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term
Pay: Php 16,00.00 – Php 18,00.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Experience:
- clerical and customer service in an environment: 2 years (Required)
- Customer Service: 2 years (Required)
- Account management: 2 years (Required)
