Responsibilities:
- Process renewals & New Opportunity
- Outbound Calls/ Inbound Calls
- Business to Business Approach
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Degree in IT or computer-related courses preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of CRM applications is a plus
- Persuasive, goal-oriented, energetic, and friendly
- Able to multitask and manage time efficiently
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
