Job Description
We are seeking a proactive Sales Support Officer to assist daily sales operations, ensure accurate order processing, and maintain high standards of customer service. Key responsibilities include processing orders, preparing quotations and sales reports, updating CRM records, coordinating with the warehouse, and following up with customers. Candidates should possess a diploma or degree, at least one year of experience in sales support or administration, strong communication skills, keen attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
