Job Description
We are seeking a proactive Sales Support Associate to assist the sales team with order processing, client follow-up, quotation preparation, and CRM maintenance. You will coordinate with logistics, monitor delivery schedules, prepare sales reports, and ensure accurate and complete documentation.
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and basic Excel proficiency required.
- Previous experience in customer service or sales administration is preferred.
