- Prepare quotes for new and existing business.
- Respond to ad-hoc requests from agent network within service standards and develop potential business opportunities.
- Liaise with service providers to source rates in support of quotes requested.
- Maintain a register of service providers.
- Follow up of all quotes generated.
- Provide sales and activity reports to the executive director.
