Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Sales Support Specialist to join our team at Offshored, supporting a growing Australian rural internet business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and provide customer support.
- Learn company services for accurate information delivery.
- Assist with administrative tasks.
- Participate in training and use scripts for communication.
- Work closely with the team to maintain customer service quality.
- Availability during Australian business hours.
- Update landing pages and Shopify store as needed.
Qualifications:
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Experience with WordPress, Shopify, and Ubiquiti products.
- Basic troubleshooting experience with Windows, Mac & iPhone.
