Job Description

KEY RESULT AREAS:

  • Conduct self-directed research, market trend evaluation, and gain effective sales expertise.
  • Actively conduct supplier negotiations aimed at reducing costs to ensure competitiveness of high-value bids.
  • Proactively gather information regarding forthcoming opportunities, liaising with defense personnel and associating with local trading/shipping companies, etc.
  • Build rapport with customers to ensure maximum business yield.
  • Understand customer requirements in-depth and procure products/services from the right source to convert opportunities to contracts.
  • Work closely with the in-house team to ensure deliverables are met and challenges are resolved.
  • Be flexible to travel within the Philippines for customer/supplier visits.
  • Provide regular updates on progress/challenges in ongoing projects to reporting authority/teammates.
  • Follow up on quotes systematically to ensure visibility until a decision is made by the client.
  • Assess lost opportunities and implement corrective measures to strengthen weak areas.
  • Demonstrate continuous effort to improve business, build relationships with customers, and provide quality seamless customer service.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to travel within the Philippines and work flexible hours.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Php40,00.00 – Php48,696.60 per month

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Evening shift
  • Monday to Friday

Ability to Commute:

  • Manila (Required)
