Job Description
KEY RESULT AREAS:
- Conduct self-directed research, market trend evaluation, and gain effective sales expertise.
- Actively conduct supplier negotiations aimed at reducing costs to ensure competitiveness of high-value bids.
- Proactively gather information regarding forthcoming opportunities, liaising with defense personnel and associating with local trading/shipping companies, etc.
- Build rapport with customers to ensure maximum business yield.
- Understand customer requirements in-depth and procure products/services from the right source to convert opportunities to contracts.
- Work closely with the in-house team to ensure deliverables are met and challenges are resolved.
- Be flexible to travel within the Philippines for customer/supplier visits.
- Provide regular updates on progress/challenges in ongoing projects to reporting authority/teammates.
- Follow up on quotes systematically to ensure visibility until a decision is made by the client.
- Assess lost opportunities and implement corrective measures to strengthen weak areas.
- Demonstrate continuous effort to improve business, build relationships with customers, and provide quality seamless customer service.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to travel within the Philippines and work flexible hours.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Salary: Php40,00.00 – Php48,696.60 per month
