Job Description
We are seeking a Sales Support Specialist to assist the sales team by managing customer inquiries, preparing accurate quotes and proposals, and maintaining CRM records. You will track orders, coordinate with operations and finance to ensure timely delivery, generate sales reports, and follow up on outstanding issues to improve customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of sales support or administrative experience, strong communication skills, keen attention to detail, and proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
