Job Description
Cozier Furniture Manufacturing Inc. is seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Team Leader to join our dynamic team in an office-based, full-time role. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience as a Sales Team Leader and possess excellent communication skills.
Key responsibilities include managing team schedules, ensuring sales targets are met, maintaining team discipline, creating incentive proposals, and conducting quarterly evaluations. Candidates should have strong leadership skills, a background in sales, and intermediate mathematics skills. Experience in BPO, Real Estate, or Networking is a plus.
