Job Description
We are currently seeking a responsible and highly motivated IT/Sales Technician to join our team at JW SUMMIT GROUP INC. As an IT/Sales Technician, you will be responsible for a wide range of technician and sales tasks, including providing service, generating leads, and closing sales.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Assisting customers and presenting products.
- Determining the best products to meet customer requirements.
- Providing technical support on products and services.
- Possessing in-depth technical knowledge about the products.
- Sending technical specifications and sales quotes to potential buyers.
- Installing hardware and software systems.
- Maintaining or repairing equipment.
- Troubleshooting.
- Setting up computer security measures.
- Configuring computer networks.
- Offering technical support on-site, via phone, or email.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php14,00.00 – Php18,00.00 per month
