Job Description
· Collaborate with sales, technical, and marketing teams to gather the necessary information for proposal preparation.
· Analyze RFPs (Request for Proposals), RFIs (Request for Information), and RFQs (Request for Quotation) to understand client requirements and tailor proposals accordingly.
· Write, edit, and revise proposals, ensuring they meet company standards, client specifications, and industry best practices.
· Develop and maintain a comprehensive library of templates, standard responses, and key documents to streamline the proposal process.
· Coordinate with subject matter experts across the organization to ensure technical accuracy and inclusion of relevant data points.
· Manage multiple proposal projects simultaneously, adhering to strict deadlines and adjusting priorities as needed.
· Provide feedback and recommendations to improve the proposal process and document quality.
· Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscapes, and technical advancements to continuously refine and improve proposal content.

Salary: Php30,00.00 – Php50,00.00 per month
