Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Sales Trainer to design and deliver structured, results-oriented training for our BPO sales team. The role involves coaching agents in consultative selling, objection handling, call control, and product knowledge; monitoring performance metrics; and providing targeted feedback to improve conversion and retention.
- Minimum 3+ years in BPO sales or sales training
- Proven coaching and communication skills
- Experience with learning management systems (LMS)
- Ability to create role plays, assessments, and onboarding materials
- Commitment to driving measurable sales improvements in a fast-paced environment
