Job Description
Designing Sales Training Modules
- Study, research, and design training materials
- Prepare exercises and activities
- Update and improve training curriculum
Facilitating Sales Training
- Discuss program procedures with new hires
- Present audio-video resources
- Administer exams and tests
- Organize group activities
- Recognize outstanding performers
Coaching Sales Agents
- Provide coaching during nesting period
- Offer sales coaching support as needed
Train and Develop Sales Teams
- Review and analyze performance data
- Develop action plans and coordinate with leads
- Facilitate upskilling opportunities
Client Management & Relationship
- Understand client strategies and sales campaigns
