Job Description
In this vital role within the IT-BPM company, the Sales Trainer will be instrumental in enhancing the capabilities of the sales team. This position involves delivering both product and soft skills training. The Sales Trainer will be responsible for developing the sales team’s understanding of product features and their application in the market, along with enhancing their interpersonal and sales-related skills. As part of the Learning & Development Department, the Sales Trainer will contribute to the shared services that support the company’s broader objectives.
The trainer facilitates classes and ensures expected outputs based on client-requirements. He/she ensures that all training executions and deliverables are aligned with operations’ needs and address the requirements of both internal and external customers on time and in full (OTIF). He/she can create effective training modules and valid/reliable assessment tools. Further, the trainer maintains credible and updated training records and communicates these OTIF.
Job Qualifications:
- College degree
- Proven record in Sales
- Experience in Sales and Softskills Training
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and related program software
- Excellent planning and time management skills
- Ability to convey complex information in a way that people understand
- Ability to endure prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Ability to endure prolonged periods standing and walking during training
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php20,00.00 – Php25,00.00 per month
