Job Description
We are a leading food manufacturing company looking for an experienced Sales Training Manager to join our team. As a Sales Training Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs that will enhance the sales skills and knowledge of our sales team.
Your main duties will include identifying training needs, designing and delivering training sessions, and evaluating the effectiveness of the training programs. You will collaborate with the sales department to understand their challenges and develop targeted training solutions to overcome them.
Additionally, you will be responsible for tracking the training progress, providing feedback to the sales team, and continually improving the training materials and methods. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and leadership skills, as well as a solid background in sales and training.
- Develop and implement sales training programs to improve sales team performance
- Identify training needs and create targeted training solutions
- Deliver training sessions and provide ongoing coaching and support to the sales team
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments
- Track training progress and provide feedback to the sales team
