Job Description
Hongkong Xiqi International Limited is seeking a dedicated Sales Training Officer. In this role, you will facilitate the onboarding of new hires, develop sales training programs, and evaluate team performance. You will serve as the main contact for Business Development Representatives (BDRs) during training sessions and manage course enrollments and content.
The ideal candidate will possess a BS degree in Human Resources or a related field and have proven experience as a Sales Trainer. Strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Office are required.
