Job Description
JOB SUMMARY
The Sales Training Officer will identify and monitor training needs of the Territory Sales & Project Sales Departments. Design, plan, and implement training programs, policies, and procedures to fulfill those needs.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any 4-year course
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong graphic design ability.
- Thorough understanding of training processes.
- Ability to moderate large groups of SMD personnel.
- Extremely organized and detail-oriented.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite & related software.
- Willing to be assigned in Paranaque City
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Creation of Annual Sales Training Plan and Training Effectiveness Assessment for incumbent Sales Personnel.
- Makes enhancements to Training Plan to improve engagement, sales force effectiveness, and achievement of corporate goals.
MINOR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conducts or facilitates planned training sessions.
- Ensures continuous improvement and effectivity of training plan.
- Collaborates with vendors for outside training programs.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Php30,00.00 – Php33,00.00 per month
