Job Type: Probationary
The Sales Training Supervisor will identify training needs, develop training modules, and conduct sessions to ensure the sales team’s competencies meet organizational goals.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct training needs analysis and develop training design.
- Facilitate onboarding for new sales personnel and area heads.
- Lead ISO, HACCP, and HALAL related activities.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field, 3 years of training experience, knowledge of ISO, Food Safety, HACCP, and HALAL standards.
