We are seeking a dedicated Sales Training Supervisor to identify training needs, develop training modules, and conduct training sessions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct training needs analysis
- Facilitate onboarding for new sales personnel
- Assist in Sales Training Plan execution
- Lead for ISO, HACCP, and HALAL activities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in related fields
- 3 years of training development experience
- Knowledge of ISO, HACCP, and HALAL standards
- Excellent communication skills
